• Driving less than 8 km (5 miles) per trip or, in freezing temperatures, driving less than 16 km (10 miles) per trip.
  
• Driving in extremely hot over 35 °C (95 °F) conditions.
  
• Extensive idling or long periods of stop-and-go driving.
  
• Trailer towing, driving with a car-top carrier, or driving in mountainous conditions.
  
• Driving on muddy, dusty, or de-iced roads.

Replace fuel filter The fuel filter should be replaced according to the time and distance recommendations in the maintenance schedule It is recommended to replace the fuel filter every 40,000 km (25,000 miles) or 2 years, if the fuel you are using is suspected to be contaminated with dust, etc. Because the filter may be clogged sooner Have a qualified technician change the fuel filter.
