| DTC P0607 (0-29): | Malfunction in ECM/PCM Internal Circuit |
| 1. | Reset the ECM/PCM. |
| 2. | Turn the ignition switch ON (II). |
| 3. | Start the engine. |
| 4. | Wait 40 seconds. Is DTC P0607 indicated? YES - Update the ECM/PCM if it does not have the latest software, or substitute a known-good ECM/PCM, then recheck. If the symptom/indication goes away with a known-good ECM/PCM, replace the original ECM/ PCM.n NO - Intermittent failure, system is OK at this time. A low battery can cause this problem. Ask the customer if there has been any recent trouble starting the engine.n |
